Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of defective or incorrect items. Customers must contact Jae’s Designs within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.

Custom Orders

For custom designs, clients must provide accurate specifications and approve proofs before production. Jae’s Designs is not responsible for errors in approved designs. Additional fees may apply for revisions or expedited services.
